Erasito Consultants Limited were engaged by the International Finance Corporation to carry out a condition assessment of the Otintaii Hotel and compile a structural integrity report of the buildings to determine the structural repair and architectural upgrade required to rehabilitate the hotel buildings and auxiliary structures.
