Erasito Consultants Limited were engaged to undertake the structural and civil engineering design including the specifications and drawings for a proposed a 65.8m×17m portal frame structure for the Technical Tarawa Institute in Kiribati. Also included in ECL’s engagement were the geotechnical investigation and survey works. Inadvertently ECL also carried out the architectural design, which included the design of two storey classrooms along one half of the building and a workshop on the other half of the building.
