Erasito Consultants Limited were commissioned by the Housing Authority to undertake a Geotechnical Investigation to determine the soil strength and parameters for the earthworks design of the proposed new Waila Town Subdivision. The Subdivision is approximately 280 hectares in area. ECL were also commissioned to produce an Infrastructure Scoping Report of the proposed development.
