Erasito Consultants Limited were engaged to design and supervise the construction of 12 ‘Bure’ type resort structures for the development. The structures were designed to meet with Fiji seismic and cyclonic wind loads. The structural members consisted of Fiji hardwood timbers and Caribaea Pine poles.
